We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned — here’s how we handle refunds and cancellations:

- If your order arrives cold, stale, or damaged, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
- ❌ Cancellations:
- You can cancel your order within 10 minutes of placing it via chat or call.
Once food preparation has started, cancellation is not possible.
